Stopped in with a flat, but was in need of 4 new tires anyway. Received great customer service. Was given some options for new tires, asked for a recommendation and wasn't recommended/pressured into the highest price option. Service/replacement was done in a timely manner.

I happened here as it was the closest approved shop for my Carvana car purchase. I was wanting to make sure my tires were safe as I had a warning light on and treads on one were worn. Nick was AWESOME…..he fixed the issue despite challenges in getting responses from Carvana’s support department. I will be returning for any and all tire needs as long as Nick is there!

Went in for a new set of tires a couple days ago and the guy running the place was super chill and friendly. He worked with me to stay at my budget and was helpful and efficient which was awesome. It’s been a few days now and the tires are doing great. Definitely going back for my tire needs again.

Jeremy and Nick went above and beyond to assist me in getting a new set of tires when I was in serious need unexpectedly. They spent a significant amount of time making sure I understood the tires I was purchasing, their life expectancy, and how they relate in wear and drive comfort to the tires I had to dispose of. They made sure I understood the itemized breakdown of the receipt, answered all of my questions with detail, and never made me feel like I wasn't important. I will be a repeat customer and a referring one! Thank you Jeremy and Nick!

Spent 10 minutes on the phone to have my call transferred to the store. They gave the store no info and I got no quote but they made sure I had an appointment time confirmed 1st for same day 4 new tires when I was trying to get my car towed in from the side of the road. All I needed to know was should I come there today and do you have the tire(s) and maybe a rough cost. Do better
